1. Exhibits will be placed outside the meeting room where the program is taking place.

2. The opportunity to exhibit is open to all pharmaceutical companies or commercial supporters.

3. The sponsorship fees consist of the following:

• GOLD: $3,000.00 for a premium exhibit location with extensive space (Larger table)

  
  

• SILVER: $2,500.00 for a standard exhibit location with standard space (Smaller table)

  
  

• BRONZE: $1,500.00 for a program brochure sponsorship only (no exhibit space)

  
  

• Breakfast or Lunch Theatre: $3000 to sponsor a breakfast product theater or $5000 to sponsor a lunch product theatre. Includes food, audio/visual services and promotion.
